We aim to be open during bank holidays, albeit reduced opening hours– see advanced notices within the resident`s login area.
The team comprises
Tracey Baker (Facilities Manager), who works 27 hours per week, starting at 6.30am and finishing at 2.00pm , on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays;
Caroline (Facilities Assistant), who works Wednesday am.
Simon (Facilities Assistant), who works Friday pm and all day Saturday.
Sam (Facilities Assistant and qualified PT), our health and fitness expert, who works Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday pm.
Charlotte (Facilities Assistant), who occasionally works on Sunday am & Monday evening.
Shona (Facilities Assistant), who shares Sunday am and Monday evenings with Charlotte.
Adelle(Facilities Assistant and qualified PT), who works on Thursday am & Sunday pm.
Our maintenance guru, Keith who works Tuesdays and Wednesdays 8.00am-2.00pm.
Julie Gill (Finance Manager), who works Wednesday,Thursday and Fridays.
All members of facilities team carry out the core shift tasks, including
Inspecting all areas for cleanliness and hazards
Carrying out inspections of all areas of the development; lighting, defects, gardening, litter, parking issues, bin stores, gate operation and security
Water tests on the Pool and Spa
Inspection of the Sauna every 2 hours
Dealing with incoming telephone calls and desk enquiries
Administrative duties; Registrations and issuing fobs
Leisure Suite cleaning duties
Residents’ meter readings
Signing for residents’ parcels
Staff are on-site to offer every assistance to residents where appropriate
