Option 1 : One cheque or bank transfer payment on 1st January for the full invoice amount.
Option 2 : Two cheques or bank transfer payments on 1st January and 1st July
(If paying by cheque please provide 2 dated cheques – please present all cheques at the beginning of the year)
Option 3 : Four cheque or bank transfer payments on 1st January , 1st April, 1st July and 1st October
(If paying by cheque please provide 4 dated cheques – please present all cheques at the beginning of the year)
Option 4 : Set up a standing order with your bank to pay 10 amounts between January and October. Please note that standing orders need setting up each year when you have issued the service demand for each year.
It is imperative that you pay the correct service charge amount each year. You will also need to cancel your previous years standing order when setting up the new one, otherwise, it will continue. You can also arrange a bank transfer.
Your standing order reference should be the number of your property and address reference, i.e. 56OM 88 AG, 42 EP, 32 UD, 65VC etc
